Tricia Hersey's book, Rest is Resistance: A Manifesto
Tricia is the founder of The Nap Ministry and she's really something. She is boldly addressing a resistance movement against our hustle culture. I'm a huge fan. Also check out her guided meditation! It's fantastic. "Rest Life" on youtube

Nedra Glover Tawwab's Set Boundaries, Find Peace. I recommend this book to a vast majority of my clients depending on what we are working on but setting boundaries (and getting good at it) comes up a lot. This book is an easy read and so helpful and timely. It is full of explicit teachings as well as examples of how to speak our boundaries which can be so hard. What words to choose? Nedra has ample examples of what to say in a variety of real life situations to help you start to add to your boundary narrative. She also has a great companion workbook that I recommend as well.

The Panic Attack Workbook, by Lawrence E. Shapiro, PhD. This is an awesome free entire workbook that is great to use on your own and/or between sessions to help learn about and manage panic attacks. For FREE.

A completely free digital version of Non-Violent Communication: A Language of Life. Marshall B. Rosenberg, PhD.

The Ten Reasons Not To Change A paper written by Ross Ellenhorn, LICSW, Ph.D. Ever feel stuck? Most if not all of us have. Take a dive into some of the reasons we might not change. It might sound counterintuitive, but can unconsciously convince ourselves not to do the very things we consciously really REALLY want to do.
